SOAP 1.2 binding is not fully compliant

SOAP 1.2 specification details the HTTP status code that must convey SOAP fault.
Currently JAX-WS is not compliant with this HTTP code to SOAP fault association.

500 is sent back, whatever the kind of fault.

there is no clear description and requirement from SPEC on what HTTP status code
needs to be sent in what conditions.

Table 20 [1] describes two HTTP status code, 400 and 500. 400 in case of Bad
Request/Malformed request, and 500 for everything else.

Please provide the details that you find in the sepc and which particular status
code you think is not implemented correctly?

the http code associated to Sender or Receiver SOAP fault is specified.
From the specification :

env:Sender 400 Bad request
env:Receiver 500 Internal server error

JAX-WS is not following this specification and returns 500.
