Fix the issue #7 , which claimed to be fixed and closed. However, the header encoding remains hardcoded in MIMEParser.java. What I've done in this PR is simply adding a
headerEncodingoption inMimeConfigto allow overwriting the default value 'ISO8859_1' if not null.
