Mise idiomatic enable tools not respecting config

No idiomatic_version_file_enable_tools is listed from mise settings ls -a, even though they are set in settings:

Idiomatic version files like ~/prj/work/---/app/Gemfile are currently enabled by default. However, this will change in mise 2025.10.0 to instead default to disabled.

You can remove this warning by explicitly enabling idiomatic version files for ruby with:

    mise settings add idiomatic_version_file_enable_tools ruby

You can disable idiomatic version files with:

    mise settings add idiomatic_version_file_enable_tools "[]"

Looks odd, usually files that has been explicitly marked as ignored (via mist trust) are listed as ignored. Maybe mise trust --show gives some hints?

Additionally you can

• try to prune the config links via mise prune --configs
• check ignored configs via ls ~/.local/state/mise/ignored-configs

I had explicitly trusted the file when mise complained about it, but it seems to do nothing?

ls ~/.local/state/mise/ignored-configs

Showed a file. Why? How it was added there?

I've since remove that file and the config stopped being ignore.

The mise trust --show still do not show anything though.
