Failure to install node with musl flavor

Mise fails to install node with a musl flavor.

Run with COLORBT_SHOW_HIDDEN=1 environment variable to disable frame filtering.

i am running alpine linux (also musl based)
for me it works when using the following config.toml

# ~/.config/mise/config.toml

[settings]
+all_compile = false

[settings.node]
mirror_url = "https://unofficial-builds.nodejs.org/download/release/"
flavor = "musl"

for some reason it only works for me when all_compile is set to false, which should be the default anyway according to the docs 🤷

It also works with these settings - no need to set global setting all_compile:

Not sure though why I have to set mirror_url. I think mise could use the unofficial-builds mirror by default when flavor = "musl". Because there does not seem to be an "official" pre-compiled binary for "musl". And compiling from source fails - at least on alpine linux.
