Update pi registry entry to new Pi package/repository

The pi registry entry currently points to the old package/repository:

backends = ["github:badlogic/pi-mono", "npm:@mariozechner/pi-coding-agent"]

The @mariozechner/pi-coding-agent npm package is now deprecated. Its npm metadata says:

please use @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent instead going forward

Current official locations appear to be:

• npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@earendil-works/pi-coding-agent
• GitHub: https://github.com/earendil-works/pi
• package source: https://github.com/earendil-works/pi/tree/main/packages/coding-agent

Suggested registry update:

backends = ["github:earendil-works/pi", "npm:@earendil-works/pi-coding-agent"]

Reproduction:

github:earendil-works/pi also exposes current release versions/assets, so it should work as the GitHub backend for the pi shorthand.
