Support for setting working directory

Being able to set working dir would make this so much better for bigger projects with multiple packages / backends / processes to manage.

I noticed this PR ( #186 ) but no mention of this in roadmap or anywhere else. Is this something that could be added if the implementation is right?

The dir config field has been added. You can now set a custom working directory for daemons:

[daemons.frontend]
run = "npm run dev"
dir = "frontend"

Relative paths are resolved from the pitchfork.toml file location. Absolute paths are also supported.
