Fix anchor to OpenXT HCL table.
Move attribution data to 'Test Cases'.

Add an attribute and test case for Audio. Add column for attribution (who reported the test results).
Add table to track platform attributes & test cases. Had to fall back to using MediaWiki syntax for table support with colspans.
