Donor Outreach Toolkit

Overview: The Donor Outreach Toolkit team has been focused on developing a structured, accessible set of resources to support effective fundraising and external engagement. Our work centers on equipping students with practical tools to confidently communicate with potential donors, whether through cold outreach or pre-scheduled conversations.

This includes creating adaptable call scripts, email templates, and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the project’s purpose, impact, and funding needs. We’ve also emphasized flexibility, ensuring materials can be tailored to different audiences, from individual donors to organizations offering mentorship or in-kind support.

In addition to messaging resources, the toolkit aims to build confidence and consistency across outreach efforts by standardizing best practices. This helps ensure that all team members present a cohesive and compelling narrative, regardless of their prior fundraising experience.
