Add more playlist customization/organization (tags, local custom covers, etc)

As someone moving from spotify and who has a LOT of custom playlists, I'd love to see some playlist customization options. I think having the ability to store playlists in different folders, or adding custom tags to playlists themselves, or being able to add custom covers, would be amazing. I know a lot of this isn't really possible through Navidrome itself, so forcing Feishin to host that information locally on the device might be a workaround.

I know I can add custom playlist covers through editing the metadata and changing the album covers of the songs, but I don't want to do that for all my songs as I share my server in my family household.
