is custom css stored/exposed anywhere (linux)

I want to be able to automatically generate a colour theme for feishin using matugen, but this is only possible if the custom css is stored in an editable file somewhere - if it exists, i can't seem to find it. Does it? thanks

The CSS is part of local storage (store_settings), and is only updated when the config itself is saved.
