I am currently facing a question about whether to use web or mpv. I am using Feishin to connect to Navidrome on my NAS to play music. The NAS model is Synology DS18play.navidrome, which is an installed package. 418play cannot use Docker. The music is in lossless format FLAC. There is no problem playing on web pages. Now Feishin-1.11.0-win-x64. zip on the computer has been connected to Navidrome and the playlists have been synchronized. I can choose which audio device to use for output in web mode, but I must open“enable transcoding“ to play music. If you don't open it, it won't play, the progress bar will always be 0, and there will be no sound.



If MPV is selected, the playback device cannot be selected, and the option is grayed out and cannot be selected. Regardless of whether "enable transcoding" is turned on or off, music cannot be played. There is no sound when playing music, and the progress bar keeps stuck at 0。
