[WIN] Exe not found after install

I was wandering if windows defender has been a naughty boy deleting my exe but i did not found it in the alert, am i alone having trouble with feishin 1.11.0 the launcher exe after install doesn't appear :(

I compiled the installer from source, install the exe it make and it work ! I can submit it if you want but i am a noob if somebody can give me tips to help the community i'd be glad to share

I had the same problem so I ended up here. Turns out I installed the ARM version and not the normal win64 version. This is why I had no exe.
