The standardization of image preprocessing is challenged by the complexity of our workflows, ranging from data acquisition to analysis. If we want to succeed in developing a standardized image preprocessing pipeline, do we have to extend our effort and standardize acquisition, dicom formats across vendors, etc? Share your ideas!
