Seems that the intention behind #4 was to adopt the spirit (rather than the letter) of the upstream license. This can be better accomplished by using a public domain equivalent license like MIT-0 rather than the Unlicense, which is problematic for the reasons given in https://chrismorgan.info/blog/unlicense/
