Failing to check, even copypasting the exact answer Arrays of String and Unicode Values / Basic String Operations in NumPy

I've noticed it usually fails to check when an error is thrown, so I usually fix the error and it works fine. This time, I cannot figure out why it is failing to check. I'm using the same interpreter I've used for the whole course. I've literally copied and pasted the solution given by the course and it will not check.
