Below is some feedback that was received during my call with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] from [REDACTED]. The module turned out not be in fault, but they still had some feedback for the module:

• POINT 1: On CMS/product/category save, be less verbose about all the links that are purged.
• POINT 2: Display module version somewhere in the settings
• POINT 3: CLI interface does not mention "--substring" option (not sure it should)
• POINT 4: php /bin/magento varnish:purge:url should do a substring purge by default instead of an exact match (dangerous to do imo)

Point 1 and Point 2 have been implemented.
Rejecting Point 3 because it is visible with magento varnish:purge:url --help
Rejecting Point 4 since this is dangerous and should not be default behavior
