Save CMS/Product does not take into account rewrites

When collecting urls on CMS/product save, look for configured rewrites.

• These rewrites should be recursive so if a -> b -> c, we can find a from c.
• It should also take into account cycles in the redirect logic ( i.e. a -> b & b -> a ).
• The "catalog/product/view/id/$pid" url should be purged.
• The "catalog/product/view/id/$pid/" should be purged as a store. This will ensure that anything trailing the slash will also be purged
