Default server

The current default server for using the pdf url is data.jku-vds-lab.at. Changing the default sever url e.g., to data.caleyodo.org is not working, see attached image.

This is already implemented in the current version, make sure to include the protocol and trailing slash, e.g. http://data.caleydo.org/
