  • The Shelter Status form looks more like the PDF form, with radio buttons instead of drop down menus.
  • The Mutual Aid Request and Resource Request forms have a new 'with signature' checkbox.
  • Multiple spaces entered into a form field are shown as multiple spaces (not a single space) in the received form.
