Loading full articles during sync

Hi,

I have a feature suggestion. Specifically, I think it would be great to have the option to download all new articles in full - including images - during synchronization. This would make reading articles faster, since you wouldn't have to wait for the content to load after tapping on the article.

Hey @knodderdachs - I've been away for a bit, but before I left I started working on an offline feature like this in #2107.

Out of curiosity, how would you expect to configure it? Per feed or all articles?

For me personally, it would be fine if you could set this globally for all feeds. But I assume that some people would want to turn it on and off on a per-feed basis. Just like with the option to view the full article.

I also support this feature request. For example, https://news.ycombinator.com/rss is not fully loaded upon syncing. In comparison, other apps able to fully loaded the article.
