Improvements

  • Atomic task-file replacement and safe rejection of corrupt task data.
  • Invalid IDs and failed writes return clear errors without overwriting existing data.
  • Linux, macOS and Windows downloads, with persistence regression tests for each packaged binary.
  • Windows binary statically links the MinGW runtime.

Downloads

Choose task-cli-Windows.exe, task-cli-macOS or task-cli-Linux below. On Linux/macOS run chmod +x task-cli-* before executing. Linux build targets the current GitHub Ubuntu runner; macOS build targets the current Apple Silicon runner. Binaries are unsigned. Back up your existing tasks.json before upgrading.
