Pull Request for Anthropic Provider implementation.

Summary of Changes

Added OllamaProvider class with core functionality:

  • Supports the /v1/messages endpoint for chat completions.
  • Handles API key configuration, request payload building, and response parsing.

Testing Instructions

  • Added the test in the Tests\AnthropicChat.php file to test this with a simple prompt.
