Consistent styling

Please review the edit forms to ensure that they are styled consistently with the rest of Joomla.

Not a priority as this is not a core extension. Main thing is that forms are clear and easy to use (and there we can use some improvement).

Of course the styling should be consistent within the component and it adds to the ease of using the extension when styling is as much as possible the same as in core Joomla.
