I've upgraded the following direct dependencies to their latest versions:

  • clap: 2.33.3 -> 4.5.38
  • goblin: 0.4.0 -> 0.9.3
  • ignore: 0.4.17 -> 0.4.23

This resolves the following security vulnerabilities:

  • RUSTSEC-2022-0013 (regex)
  • RUSTSEC-2022-0006 (thread_local)

It also addresses warnings for unmaintained/unsound crates like ansi_term, atty, and crossbeam-utils by moving to newer versions of clap that use updated transitive dependencies.

I've updated your code to be compatible with clap v4.x API changes. A basic manual test confirmed the application runs without crashing.
