Loop v1.1.1 — reliable push + instant verification

Patch release on top of v1.1.0 — push notifications now work reliably, and drivers see verification decisions instantly.

Fixes & improvements

• Push notifications fixed — the app no longer wipes a device's FCM token to empty on logout, and new signups now register a token (with a short retry when FCM isn't ready yet). Tokens survive logout/login.
• Instant verification feedback — when an admin approves or rejects a driver's documents, the driver's home screen updates on its own (banner + online status) via the incoming push, with no pull-to-refresh.
• Friendlier network-error messages and a longer connect timeout.

Points at the production API. Install over any earlier build.
