How to prevent node from drag or change position?

Is there any way so that I can stop some specific node from drag or move its position but I can add a connection to or from that node?

I found a way to do this by myself. So closing this. I have done it like this.

Add node property readonly = true and then in drag event check this flag like this

.on("drag", async function () {
          if (that.readonly || node.readonly) {
            return;
          }
         .......
 })
