Overlord AI 2.1.7
2.1.7 (2026-11-03)
Your plan, your goal, and missions that only count when you did them.
- Tell Overlord your goal. Say "my goal is the fire mace" (or "I want to get…") and Overlord plans the missions from where you are to it, then guides you through the first one.
- Change the plan out loud. "I did that" ticks off the step you're on. "I already did that mission" moves you to the next one. "Let's do the bell tower first" puts that mission first. "Where are we?" tells you your goal and which mission you're on.
- Missions count when you've done them. A mission counts on your dashboard when you've completed about 85% of its steps and the game shows it (your objective moved on, you reached the next area, the boss went down), or you said you did it. Just listening to a guide doesn't count. Guides you finished before today are counted once.
- The plan keeps up with you. If you've moved past the mission you were on, Overlord tells you once ("You're past that. New plan: …") at a quiet moment. A guide from your last session that you never started on is replaced with a fresh one. "I'm stuck on…" is remembered for 20 minutes, not hours.
- Smarter guides. The guide writer knows your goal, the mission you're on and what you've already done.
