Pathfinder keeps the game you name, guides start from where you are now, and Overlord steps back when you go online.

  • Name your game once. "I'm about to jump into…", "I'm downloading…", "I mean…" all count, and Pathfinder sticks with it. Words like "a plan" are never mistaken for a game. Different editions of one game (Enhanced, Remastered, short names like initials) count as the same game, so you aren't asked again.
  • Plan cards show in full. The row of cards under a Pathfinder answer no longer gets cut off; the chat scrolls instead.
  • Guides start from where you are now. Before every guide, Overlord takes a fresh look at where you are. Nothing you've already passed gets guided again. "I've done that one" catches up in one go, even if you're several missions ahead. When you come back to a game, it picks up from where you left off and checks that's still right.
  • Steps back when you go online. In games with both a story and an online mode, Overlord helps in story mode and goes quiet while you're online (no cards, call-outs or guides), saying so once when it pauses and once when you're back. Pathfinder chat still works for strategy talk.
