ui-shadow-icon should not be marked as deprecated

The ui-shadow-icon CSS class is marked as deprecated here, but I don't think it is deprecated. According to http://jquerymobile.com/changelog/1.4.0/ the iconshadow option is deprecated, and the user should use ui-shadow-icon instead.

I think it's just the option not the class but I'll differ to @ugomobi on this one

Changelog / commit message, API docs, and demos are not consistent about this. The idea was to remove both option and class, but we can leave the style in the theme CSS (at least for 1.5).
Let's remove the note from Classes in the API docs and update the note in the demos (http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.1/icons/#Iconshadow).
