Does js.org support this, can I set the route for my js.org site to "*.snaplabs.js.org": "cname.vercel-dns.com"?

No, we don't (to my knowledge) grant wildcard sub-subdomains to folks. We only grant specific sub(-sub)domains to folks, so that we can keep track of what folks are using them for and what content is on them (and so our automation can remove unused/invalid subdomains).
