Add a cursor display toggle to the menu

Problem Statement

Often, while recording, I turn the cursor display function on and off, and each time to show or hide it, I have to go into the app settings, to the video tab, and switch the toggle. This is quite inconvenient.

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle switch to the application menu to turn cursor display on and off.
