- Remove event column
Instead deleted files are striked-trhough and new file got [new] at the end
- Enable cacheImpact by default
Thanks to many changes it's now almost invisible so it makes sens to have it enabled.
-> cacheImpact now only ensure 0 size modification appears in the table
-> Remove total cache impact line in the table (it's already in the total size impact)
-> Fully rewrite the cacheImpact documentation
- Add bytes to table header to have the unit somewhere
- Truncate left part of big file hen exceeding 100 chars
