Validation error with version 6.2.0 and greater

With version 6.1.0 I have no issues with validating the schemas in my project. The only change I made was updating to 6.2.0 and now I receive this error:

JsonSchema\Constraints\BaseConstraint::getErrors(): Argument #1 ($errorContext) must be of type int, float given, called in phar:///var/www/api.phar/vendor/justinrainbow/json-schema/src/JsonSchema/Constraints/Constraint.php on line 107

6.3.0 and 6.3.1 produce the same error. Any pointers to where I can look?

We are in the process of making the code base more strict in terms of type and adhering to the JSON schema drafts. So it might be an issue on our side or there could be something to improve on your side.

I’m also curious what the file path is a phar? Could be related but could also be a red herring.

I think the difference may be PHP 8.4 vs 8.2. On my unit test system I see no issues with v6.3.1 and PHP 8.4.5

My embedded device that is throwing that error with 6.3.1 is using PHP 8.2.26.

I've been trying to reproduce this using PHP 8.2.27 and the 6.2.0 version but I'm unable to reproduce the mentioned error.

Scanning the code trying understand the error I also noticed that the error seems a bit off as in src/JsonSchema/Constraints/Constraint.php on line 107 there is only $this->addErrors($validator->getErrors()); so there is no argument 1 being passed. I'm tempted at this point to think it might be related to the phar that it is part of.

Any chance you can:

• check the contents of the phar at the mentioned location?
• run the code bits without the phar
• think of anything else as I can't reproduce ATM.

That would align with my target system. I am seeing this issue on a SAMA5D31 running Linux.
