Adds a command with the id
jupyterlab-ai-commands:screenshot-window. For now, this is just a fairly dumb command that switches to the specified notebook and takes a screenshot of the entire browser window, which it returns as base64 encoded png. There may be a possibility of adding a command that only takes a picture of a particular lab tab or notebook cell, but for now such a command will not run on most browsers (only on Edge and possibly Chrome).
