This PR proposes to add sequencing-docker-stacks to the community stack collection. The repository is a fork of jupyter/docker-stacks. It contains a set of images that we use in our group to perform bioinformatics data analysis tasks (bulk RNAseq, single-cell RNAseq, etc.).
