Removed ajs_aid parameters

• Removed ajs_aid parameters from Jupytercon register and view schedule buttons.

Per LF Marketing:

...Because of this, we have observed hundreds, even thousands, of users coming to the events website (great!), but all that web traffic is resolving to a single user. This has a negative impact on the marketing team's ability to track users from advertising spend to visiting your website to ultimately making a purchase on the events website.

@krassowski - the button links were recently changed in #819

What I meant is that there is many more pages with these links like jupyterlab/jupyterlab#17906

including messages that were sent out to users.

I opened PRs for Lab, Notebook and Hub but there are more places where it occurs. If someone is interested to continue I would suggest following the list from jupyter-governance/ec-team-compass#145.
