Closing a file that was just opened

Actual behavior
The unsaved dialog pops up even though no changes were made

Expected behavior
The csv file should just close with no dialog

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use our binder link
2. Open customer-recipes.csv
3. Try to close the file using the x in the tab bar
4. See the unsaved dialog appear
