Orbit 0.4.2

Orbit 0.4.2 is a security release. The agent door now refuses a still-valid access token whose email claim no longer matches the subject's current native email, with a typed 401 or 403 instead of serving the request (conformance point BASE-AGENT-004.sponsor.changed-email). It also carries the record changes made since 0.4.1: each deal's page opens on its next action, with one Activity list and its details beside the work; opportunities, contacts and companies each have their own address, and every record has its own page; record values and workspace settings save as you change them; and each sent message states what Orbit knows about its delivery. Orbit now runs on rer 0.2.93. It updates 0.4.1 in place with no migration and keeps every row.
