Small Tweaks for Season Opener Update

Added

• Year Variable for a few Scrapers

Updated

• Will explore Env Var to replace this at some point
• Fixed Season Schedule Test after removing year parameter
• Fixed get_odds_data which has a different structure now than last season
• Adjusted the following functions to use urllib3 instead of requests to avoid Cloudflare Block:
  • get_transactions_data
  • get_boxscores_data
  • get_player_stats_data
• Adjusted get_boxscores_data to simplify date logic
• Adjusted tests as needed

Deleted

• Docker Compose Postgres File - this can just be individually spun up from the other Docker Compose file
