Non Mp3 export Option

Transcoding everything to mp3 is a huge hassle, especially when there are a lot of beatmaps to be exported and most of them are in other audio formats like ogg. Therefore, having an option to export them without the transcoding overhead would be nice.

This is a good idea and I'll add it for a future release. I'm attaching a pre-release here (Windows+GUI, can provide a different one if needed), in case you want to use it sooner.
