Add Service Log Management UI #16

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no dedicated UI for viewing, filtering, or searching service logs. This makes tracking errors and activities difficult for users and administrators.
Describe the solution you'd like
A dedicated UI page or panel for real-time and historical service logs, including filtering, search, and export options.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Checking logs via backend CLI or server file access, which is not user-friendly.
Additional context
This feature would improve debugging and monitoring for end users and operators.
