There is currently no easy way to remove services or plugins once added to a project.

Introduce commands to remove services and plugins cleanly from the generated project structure.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual file removal and configuration updates.
Additional context
Removal commands would reduce maintenance overhead and improve flexibility.
