Can I share a parent list publicly such that all its nested lists are also visible ?

Hi

I have a parent list named "Public" and its nested lists named "Books", "Movies", "Article" and so on. I wish to share "Public" list URL such that the viewers are able to see books, movies articles etc separately. Putting all content under one "Public" list partly achieves the sharing part, but viewers can't see the three categories separately.

Sharing 3 URL (and more for any new categories) is a way out, but I was wondering if it could be achieved in a cleaner manner by somehow configuring the parent "Public" list such that all its nested lists are visible with its URL.
