I tend to use your awesome service with Overleaf a lot. I have a feeling perhaps there would be a way to make its usage more integrated though. I could imagine a flow as follows:
You navigate to a BibTeX file where you want to add a web reference
You select a line where the reference should be populated
You trigger a tool that asks for an url
After confirming, the tool writes an entry for you
The user updates the resulting entry directly at Overleaf to their liking
I think 3. and 4. imply existence of a browser plugin and a call to your API. An interesting option might to pitch this idea directly to Overleaf developers to see if they would be willing to do direct integration. Another direction would be to handle tighter integration with a user script although those tend to be brittle with UI changes.
