[Feature Request] - RDP Gateway without session initiated via Kasm #643

Now its only possible to connect with an RDP client if we create a session in Kasm. Some RDP clients like Jump Desktop can not handle this.
Also it would be a great feature for users which are want to always use their thick client.

Implementing the RDP gateway that it can be used without session initiated via Kasm (web).
