Account & Billing

Tiers

  • Drill — free, core mind maps + journal + promotion tracking.
  • Roll — paid, adds more mind maps, collaboration, and journal notebooks.
  • Coach — paid, adds the AI Coach and the full feature set.

Managing your subscription

  • Mobile (iOS/Android): subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings — BJJ Mind Map cannot cancel or refund a store subscription directly.
  • Web: subscriptions started via the website are billed directly; manage or cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription.

Deleting your account

Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your mind maps, journal entries, and promotion history and cannot be undone.

Dormant accounts

Per our Terms of Service, free accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deactivated after a 30-day advance notice email. Logging in at any time resets the clock.
