Troubleshooting Sign-In

"Invalid credentials" with email/password

Double-check caps lock, and use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset it.

Google or Facebook sign-in doesn't respond

• Make sure the app has an active internet connection.
• Try signing out of and back into your Google/Facebook account on your device, then retry.
• Update the app to the latest version from the App Store / Google Play.

Stuck on a loading screen after sign-in

Force-close and reopen the app. If it persists, submit a bug report with your device model and app version (Profile → About).

I deleted my account by mistake

Account deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery. Contact support if you believe this happened in error.
