Add setting to skip artist name when MBID is present

It would be helpful to have a setting in Harmony where, if an artist already has a matched MusicBrainz MBID, Harmony will not send the artist name from the streaming platform in the seed data.

I work with many Israeli artists, and most platforms send a Latin-script version of the name. Every time I seed a release I have to open the artist field and clear it manually.

I fully agree that would be very helpful.
In most cases the artist name which is used as (or assumed to be) the credited name by the provider is really just the standard artist name on that provider, with all potential caveats:

• "wrong" non-native script
• questionably stylized name: Unicode issues etc.
• "fake artist": some artists correspond to series or franchises on MB and the fake artist link has been added to the real artist (which has a completely different name)

Just added a new module to my script that strips artist names before seeding when MBIDs are present. As usual, it's disabled by default and unlike other enhancements it will not have visual indicators.
