Code Review

The pull request updates the torch version in requirements-torch-cuda.txt and requirements.txt to 2.9.0. The update in requirements.txt also includes the '+cpu' suffix. I have identified a potential issue in requirements.txt where the version specifier might not be ideal for ensuring compatibility.
