Group common maestro code in maestro_common.py #85
Description
kci-dev is growing and multiple commands will start depending on similar base functions and maestro API management. Let's make an effort to group common code as a lib in maestro_common.py.
#84 is an inaugural step, but a lot more can be done. Eg, node manipulation should live in the common code too.
